Product Return Policy

Your can't exchange your Product (s) if:

• Damage caused by the customer
• Label/Hangtag detached/removed
• The items have been worn/used by the customer
• Please request a return in no longer seven days after the customer receives the package

Your Product (s) can be exchanged if

• Factory damage/defect, or cause by shipping-process
• Administration's failure: our Admin, sends you wrong items / not as you requested
• Bags city will handle every Shipping-fee for a whole return process if the damage/defect occurs during shipping/factory-caused
• Customer will handle every Shipping-fee for a whole return process if they consider choosing another color/collection/size for the products they order

Product exchange process

• Reach our customer service to confirm product exchange request Here
• Fill the Exchange-Request online form
• Send us the picture of the Product requested
• Bags City will process the Exchange Request in 3-5 days mark
• Bags City limits Exchange-Request only 1 time / Customer
• Exchange-Request only valid for a product with the same/higher price

 

Bags City Warranty

Bags City offers a 2-Years Distributor warranty plus brand warranty for every Product, taken by the date on your payment receipt. 

On warranty, we will do:

• Repair the damage precisely
• If the damage remain unrepairable, but your Product is in stock, we will give you a new one
• If the damage remain unrepairable, but your Product is out of stock, we will give you a different product but with the same price range

 

Bags City warranty is not valid if:

• No purchase receipt
• The purchase receipt is damaged or unreadable
• The Product is not bought at Bags City
• The Product is modified
• Damage caused by chemical substance
• Damage caused by Airport process

 

If you intend to claim the warranty, please complete the requirements as follow:

• Your Product has 2 years distributor warranty plus brand warranty
• Bring your Product to our nearest store/contact our customer service
• Bring your products' Payment receipt
• Bring your Product's Tag

 

Free Shipping policy

Free shipment is determined by total purchase as follows:

• Total purchase of  IDR500,000 will get shipping cost discount at Rp50,000
• Total purchase of  IDR1,000,000 will get shipping cost discount at Rp100,000
• Total purchase of  IDR1,500,000 will get shipping cost discount at Rp150,000
• Total purchase of  IDR2,000,000 will get shipping cost discount at Rp200,000
• If the total purchase exceeds Rp2,000,000 the maximum shipping cost discount will be at  Rp200,000
